Individual Exam Support (for UNISA students)

Who is this for?

Students who require individual assistance with specific topics or concepts as part of a broader learning area/subject/module. Students who do not want to attend larger group classes as they prefer individual attention as they often have very specific questions that need to be answered.

When are the individual exam support classes held?

Private lessons can only be booked in advance. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Booking available dates and times are subject to availability and are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis.

Where do the individual classes take place?

Two options are available for bookings in advance:

a) Online private lessons via Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams OR

b) In-person private lessons (at the student’s home/office). Please contact us to discuss this option in more detail because additional transportation costs are applicable depending on the distance required to travel

• Full explanations of the workings required to complete the exam questions

• Emailed file containing the completed past paper solution covered

NOTE: Creativo Solutions is a modern education provider leveraging the benefits of new technology. Support sessions may be recorded  to provide the student with an online (pre-recorded) video library covering theory/questions/assignments/past papers. Only the audio from the session and the content displayed on the laptop screen/projector screen is recorded via the screen-capturing software.

What am I (the student) required to do?

The focus in on providing the exam technique to show students how to answer the questions. The student is required to have gone through the study material and textbook prior to them attempting past papers as practice. Revision of important concepts will be covered so long as they are necessary for answering the question in the past paper.

NOTE: This 3-hour exam support session is focused on completing the exam past paper with explanation to show you how to answer all the questions. Detailed pre-recorded videos covering all the theory in detail for the specific module are available as separate products (see the Video Library Offerings). Please request more information on which modules are offered.

What do I need?

Depending on your chosen method of delivery, your requirements would differ according to one of these two options:

a) Requirements for hosting online private lessons:

• An ACTIVE GOOGLE GMAIL ACCOUNT is a prerequisite as special access to view/download any uploaded content is only granted to registered students who have been authorised by Creativo Solutions.

• A PC/LAPTOP/TABLET is a prerequisite with display screen for viewing classroom notes/workings and speakers for listening to classroom audio.
