This solution is to help provide a functioning website hosted on Afrihost Servers and to provide web development services to create and maintain a new website for a small to medium sized business. This offer is affordable and convenient and it will meet the needs of small to medium sized businesses. This package provides a professional, well-functioning website which only requires an initial once-off cost to create/develop the website. As the client (owner of the website), you are only needing to finance the on-going running costs of the Domain Registration/Renewal and Hosting Fees with Afrihost (Third-party Domain and Hosting provider). Any further maintenance or updates to the website can be contracted to Creativo Solutions at a minimal hourly fee which is only necessary for ad-hoc changes or updates.
THE PROPOSED OFFERING EXPLAINED:
DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION/PURCHASE: As the owner of the Domain Name, you will be required to register a chosen domain name from the Afrihost website. You are liable for the monthly/annual renewal charges pertaining to your ownership of the domain name. Registration of a new domain name requires an email address and banking facilities. AFRIHOST HOSTING PACKAGE: once you have registered your chosen domain name, you are also required to sign-up for one of the Afrihost Linux Web Hosting Packages. You are liable for the monthly/annual renewal charges pertaining to the hosting of your website. WEB DEVELOPMENT (WEBSITE CREATION): Creativo Solutions is an independent solutions provider. Creativo Solutions will provide web development services, your website will be developed in line with your chosen web development package with Creativo Solutions. The web development packages are as follows:
OPTION 1 = THE STANDARD WEB DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE (Price is R1500 per Domain)
Creating a professional-looking, easy to use and navigate website comprising of one to eight separate web pages
Adding your chosen text, paragraphs and articles limited to the number of web pages to be developed
Adding images, photos and diagrams limited to the number of web pages to be developed
Adding contact information and setting up of 3 custom mailboxes
Creating a separate Google Gmail account for your website to keep record of all important web content to be used for the development of the website
Live (in-person) or Online meetings to discuss any changes to the draft website to provide a final version of the launch website
Social Media integration, linking your website to external social media channels for your business
NOTE: Domain Name Registration Costs and Hosting Fees are separate monthly/annual costs which you as the client are liable to pay as you are the owner of the website Domain Name.
PRICE for the Standard Web Development Package is R1500 which is a once-off cost for providing the final version of the launch website
OPTION 2 = THE CUSTOM WEB DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE
This offering contains all of the Standard Web Development Package’s contents with the following optional extras that can be added to create a complete, custom digital internet solution for your business.

Creating accounts/pages for any of the following platforms for your business: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Steemit, SoundCloud, Podcasts.com and more as special requests

Content Creation services available for Screen-casting, Photography, Video and Audio
NOTE: All Custom Web Development Packages are quoted separately based on the client’s individual needs. Details must be discussed and agreed on prior to the rendering of any services. Custom Web Development Packages are priced according to the amount of extras which will be incorporated in the service level agreement.

AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE BASIC OR CUSTOM WEB DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE
Ad-hoc On-going Support / Maintenance / Updates / Changes:
After the Launch Website's creation and development is complete, sign-off of the website will be processed. As the client, you will retain full ownership of the Domain Name and Contents on your website. Any further additional web development, additions, changes or updates can be contracted to Creativo Solutions separately at a minimal hourly fee of R100 per hour (as per an AD-HOC basis)
This is billed and invoiced separately depending on the client's requirements.
