When are the individual classes held?
Private lessons can only be booked in advance. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Booking available dates and times are subject to availability and are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis.
Where do the individual classes take place?
Two options are available for bookings in advance:
a) Online private lessons via Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams OR
b) In-person private lessons (at the student’s home/office). Please contact us to discuss this option in more detail because additional transportation costs are applicable depending on the distance required to travel
What do I get?
Individual attention provides you with the opportunity to request for specific custom topics to be covered
We can cover theory relating to the specific modules (limited to our areas of expertise, please contact us to confirm availability)
We can provide custom support material depending on the students specific needs
We can assist with completing assignments
We can assist with exam preparation by helping the student complete past papers to prepare for the actual exam
NOTE: Creativo Solutions is a modern education provider leveraging the benefits of new technology. Support sessions may be recorded to provide the student with an online (pre-recorded) video library covering theory/questions/assignments/past papers. Only the audio from the session and the content displayed on the laptop screen/projector screen is recorded via the screen-capturing software.
What do I need?
Depending on your chosen method of delivery, your requirements would differ according to one of these two options:
a) Requirements for hosting online private lessons:
An ACTIVE GOOGLE GMAIL ACCOUNT is a prerequisite as special access to view/download any uploaded content is only granted to registered students who have been authorised by Creativo Solutions.
A PC/LAPTOP/TABLET is a prerequisite with display screen for viewing classroom notes/workings and speakers for listening to classroom audio.
An ACTIVE SKYPE ACCOUNT is a prerequisite for attending the virtual classroom. Online lectures are best viewed on a PC/Laptop/Tablet with a minimum screen size of 10.1-inches or more. Skype can be used on smaller mobile devices like smartphones but the content displayed onscreen maybe a bit too small to view clearly. Larger displays are recommended. INTERNET CONNECTIVITY is a prerequisite and your connection needs to be at least 300kbps/300kbps upload/download speed for viewing the LIVE lecture via screen sharing. ZOOM Mobile or Desktop Application (Free download) and/or Microsoft Teams Mobile or Desktop Application (Free download)
After registering for your chosen support lectures, you will be contacted to ATTEND A 15-MINUTE ONLINE STARTUP & SETUP MEETING prior to your first live support lecture, in order to help you prepare for the first class. There are many online help tutorial videos on our website to help get you started. Visit the FAQ page
b) Requirements for hosting live face-to-face private lessons (at the student’s home/office):
A quiet room without distractions containing a large desk/table, comfortable chairs and access to a power supply for the laptop.
Pricing is dependent on the total number of hours booked in advance. Please consult the pricing table below:
PLEASE NOTE: The hosting of weekly private lessons is based on availability. Lessons must be booked in advanced and agreed on by both parties involved. Students may request for a lesson to be rescheduled only if notice has been provided 48-hours before the planned lesson is to be held.
Enrolment/Registration Procedure:
1) Contact us to discuss your requirements for individual support.
2) After agreeing on the scope of the engagement and the details of the services to be provided, you will be contacted to arrange a time for your startup and setup meeting ahead of your first support lecture.
3) You will be invoiced for the services to be provided
